Just received word that "Ned" Lance Ramos elephant that was retired at Carol Buckley's Elephant Sanctuary at Holenwald, TN passed away May 12, 2009 and "Bunny", From the Evansville Zoo passed away May 3, 2009.

Ned was a great old trouper!

Cole Bros Advance Rep Adam Percy was sticken with heart failure Thursday Night at a Scraton, PA area Motel. He passed away at the hospital. My source tells me that he also had worked for the Ringling Show in the same capacity. The source also told me that he was 27 yrs old. I understand He was very good at his job. May He Rest in Peace.

SHOWBIZ PETTING ZOO & CIRCUS (MIS 1980'S)

This show was owned by Joe Frisco Sr.

It opened in the Late 80's.

Bill and I had the concessions for a short period of time.

We also booked the first 5 or 6 weeks of the tour.These fotos were taken in Walterboro, SC

Most stands were for 2 days.

The show was presented in an arena similar to the old Wild West Shows.

RYDER BROS CIRCUS--CIRCUS REPORT 1985 (FROM RJ REYNOLDS)

Here is an article from the Circus Report of 1985 about Ryder Bros. Circus. This show contained animals, acts and equipment that Ford Bros. Circus could not take into Canada that year when they left Maine. They remained with Ryder until Ford Bros. came back into the U.S.
