There is plenty of FREE entertainment, such as Circus Maximus, The Big Cat Show, Kachunga & the Alligator Show, along with returning favorites such as racing pigs, magic and more.
The Sky Ride and the Batcoper are back this year along with many other rides, games, exhibits and shopping. There are also bargain ticket nights and fireworks on July 3rd and 4th.
There are two very special events this year for the first time ever.
First, unveiling of the Meadowlands State Fair 25th Anniversary Cake TONIGHT at about 9pm in front of the ferris wheel. The Cake Boss himself, Buddy Valastro, will be there!
Then, as a special treat, the fair will feature its first ever Wine Making Competition. Submissions will take be accepted every day until the finial judging July 10. Professionally-judged categories include: red, white and grappa. This event is a fundraiser for The First Cerebral Palsy Center of New Jersey and the Belleville/Nutley Columbus Day Parade organization.
