Circus set to arrive in Danbury on Friday

DANBURY, CT -- The Piccadilly Circus is set to be arrive Friday at the Danbury Arena, 1 Independence Way. Acts include the "Elephant Extravaganza," an elephant stands on one foot; "Motorcycle Madness" has motorcycle daredevils somersaulting and spinning in a big Globe of Doom; "Katunga" the giant jungle monster; the "Mongolian Angels" contortionists; the "White Tiger Spectacular;" clowns, a 1923 Model T with a mind of its own; aerialists, and cirque artists.
Performance are Friday at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m., Saturday at 1:30, 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 1, 3:30 and 6 p.m.
Tickets are available online at www.TheFunCircus.com and at the box office on show days. There is a limited buy-one, get-one-free price for adult tickets.
Free children's tickets have been distributed to elementary schools, preschools, day care centers churches and some sponsoring businesses in the area.
