Circus Coming to Town.

Carmi, Ill. — The Carmi Kiwanis Club is bringing the Kelly Miller Circus to town Thursday, May 3. The circus will set up at the White County Fairgrounds in preparation for two performances at 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
The traditional "old style" circus will include several animal acts, including camels, tigers, and three elephants, Lisa, Tracy, and Becky. The elephants will raise the circus tents around 9 a.m. Thursday. The public is welcome to attend and watch the crew in action as they prepare for the event.
