Circus Animals To Arrive In GSO Monday

Greensboro, NC -- "The Greatest Show on Earth" is heading to the Triad, and Monday, you can get the chance to see all the circus animals as they prepare for the show.
The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus train is coming to Greensboro with 53 cars of animals ready to put on a show for you and your family.

Show animals will be unloaded from the circus train starting at 6:30 p.m. near the corner of Lee and Binford Streets. The animals will head down Lee Street--following the railroad tracks--and turn onto Lee Street/High Point Road.
Greensboro police will stop traffic to allow the animals to cross the road and enter the Special Events Center at the Greensboro Coliseum.
Ringling Brothers expects the Grand Animal Walk to begin at 7 p.m. The time is subject to change without notice, so be sure to ge there early!

The 143rd edition of the circus starts Wednesday, Feb. 6 and goes through Feb. 10.
