Circus in Poway this week

Get ready for popcorn, acrobatics and yes, clowns, as the American Crown Circus and Circus Osorio comes to Poway for three nights of entertainment.
The five-generation, family-owned circus, which was began by Jesus Osorio in 1927 and currently features three Osorio brothers, is  town for five shows at the Poway Rodeo Grounds, 14336 Tierra Bonita Road. Performance times are 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, and 5 and 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 27 and Thursday, Feb. 28.

Enjoy entertainment under the big top as American Crown Circus and Circus Osorio offer all sorts of acrobatic acts, including low wire, dragon flyers, aerial ballet, Russian silks and more, as well as clowns, a pony show, magic and Ling Ling, a juggler from China.

Tickets are $16 for adults, with two children under 10 admitted for free with each adult ticket.
