SAN ANGELO, TEXAS--AUSTIN CRAWLEY took this photo during his son’s first trip to the circus.
The two were sitting with Crawley’s wife in the stands Nov. 14 at the 1st Community Credit Union Spur Arena for an evening performance of the Shrine Circus.
“My son had a lot of fun at the circus,” he said.
In the image, taken in manual mode with available light, the “horse master” was encouraging one of her horses to stand on its back legs.
“I thought it was one of the most impressive portions of the family event,” Crawley said.
