MONTGOMERY, Alabama -- There's not many places where a man covered from head-to-toe in tattoos of puzzle pieces is a person to be admired. The third annual Lost Highway Tattoo and Music Expo, which will take over the Alcazar Shrine this weekend, is the exception.

The expo, which will continue through Sunday, allows attendees to meet with and browse the work of tattoo artists from across the southeast while enjoying live music and other entertainment.

Around 20 tattoo parlors from various states are participating in the expo, which includes on site tattooing in addition to several body art contests throughout the weekend.

In addition, the Lost Highway Tattoo and Music Expo has a full schedule of entertainment, including a battle of the bands, beauty contest and tattoo seminars on tap each day.
Among the event's performers are the puzzle piece man known as Enigma and his partner Serena Rose. The duo, which will take the stage at 5 p.m. today, entertains crowds by swallowing swords, breathing fire and performing other circus acts.
