RICHMOND, VA (WTVR): A spectacular 35,000 gallon water stage awaits you at Cirque Italia at its temporary home in the parking lot of the old K-Mart Store on Midlothian Turnpike. It’s a chance to experience a European traveling Circus. The 40-foot Broadway-style circular stage is four feet high and filled with water. The lid lifts up 35 feet in the air while a Curtain of Rain and Fountains dance with each performer’s move.
