NYS Fair day 10 recap: Saturday crowd smaller than last year
Crowds packed the fairgrounds during the late afternoon during the New York State Fair on Saturday.

Geddes, N.Y. -- Attendance at the New York State Fair Saturday climbed to 79,274.
That's more than 10,000 fewer people than last year and far short of the record attendance for that day set in 1989.
But big crowds did turn out for OAR and Jake Miller at Chevy Court, as well as the Midway Music Series.
And good weather at the fair Saturday only got better as the day went on.
