SAN DIEGO (CBS 8) - The circus is in town and the whole family is invited. Circus Vargas presents "The Big One Is Back" under their new big-top tent.
Jon Weiss of CBS's Amazing Race welcomes audiences to an all-new show, featuring some of the world's greatest circus performers including: trapeze artists, jugglers, acrobats, death-defying stunt performers and of course, lots of world-class clowns.
Recently featured in the Reese Witherspoon/Robert Pattinson romance -- Water For Elephants -- Circus Vargas is a classic American circus, dating back to 1969 and featuring a real big-top tent.
The performances are animal-free, instead bringing together the best human acrobatic, daredevil and entertainment acts of the world under one big tent.
You can catch the show now through Feb. 24, then it moves to Mira Mesa on Feb. 27.
