TOMMY: Made a return visit during 200? to the Great Circus Parade Lakefront as KING TUSK..Ringling at the time did it up right for a beautiful lot lay out..featuring TOMMY....the crowds were huge to view TOMMY...At that time Lee Keener was no longer working with Ringling....
