Animal activists are calling for officials to stop plans to build a park in Downtown LA, because the lot that now stands there is home to feral cats. Activists say there are also two litters of kittens in the lot, and they are worried that if the city breaks ground on a new park, there will be dozens of casualties. Ted Chen reports from Downtown LA for the NBC4 News at 6 p.m. on May 29, 2013.
