DU QUOIN — The 47th annual Ainad Shriners Circus returns to Du Quoin Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds.
The Circus performance will be in the Grandstands beginning at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 and 6 p.m. Sunday. Scout night is Sunday, June 9.
The George Carden Circus International will bring tigers, elephants, ponies, dogs, clowns, camels and contemporary acts to the three-ring stage. There will be aerial and high wire acts with acrobats.
Tickets are $14 for adults and $10 for children and may be purchased at all Southern Illinois Huck’s locations, Moto Mart Convenience Stores and Schnucks Supermarkets. Tickets may be also be purchased at the circus ticket window.
