William A. Rector Sr.
William A. Rector Sr. 92 of Naples died Saturday January 8, 2011.
William moved to Naples last October from York, PA and was a member of the East Berlin,PA VFW. He was also a resident of Lake Meade also in East Berlin. William was a proud Marine, serving for five years in WWII, retired after 25 years as a Firefighter in Washington D.C. and will also be remembered for being an avid Circus fan for 72 years. William was Past President of the National Circus Fans Association during 2002-2003. In addition to his wife Lillie Crouse Rector, also of Naples, he leaves his children, Charles of York, PA, William Jr of Silver Springs Maryland, James F. Walker of Elizabeth Lake, CA, Rick Emig of Naples, Linda Sechrist of Spartanburg, SC and Lisa Osborne of Naples. William also has nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will he held on Tuesday January 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM from St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church 5225 Golden Gate Parkway, Naples,FL 34116.
