In her capacity as Honorary President of the Federation Mondiale du Cirque, which sponsored World Circus Day on Saturday, Princess Stephanie of Monaco wrote: Circus inspires and amazes. It builds cooperation, trust and confidence. Circus makes the impossible possible, the ordinary magical. Circus is the best of art, music, drama, comedy and athletics in one extraordinary experience. … Circus has the power to make our world a better place.
