The first Cole Bros. Circus of the Stars trucks began arriving in downtown Meriden shortly after 10 p.m. Sunday. They'll be setting up the big top Monday morning for six performances: at 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
