Sarasota's newest tradition, the SRQ Circus Lunch Bunch, drew 33 people to its first gathering at the Lockwood Diner in Sarasota. The crowd was 3 times larger than expected, extra chairs had to be borrowed from the merchant next door.Attendees included folks who love the circus: authors, concessionaires, aerialists, ground acts, clowns, circus owners and managers, wild animal trainers and presenters, administrative staff, thrill acts, fans and historians.
