Frisario's Italian Ice Cream is another vendor changing up a classic.

Their spaghetti ice cream is new to the Florida State Fair.
The dessert is vanilla gelato pressed through an Italian extractor to shape the ice cream into spaghetti noodles. The gelato is topped with strawberry puree, which resembles marinara sauce. Then it's sprinkled with white chocolate shavings to look like parmesan cheese.
The idea came out of Italy, according to Tony Dietz, the creator.
"Its my own recipe," he said. "[It was made] according to the taste buds."

PRINCE

In this photo released by the American Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), "Prince," a three legged pitbull mix is shown at the ASPCA's talent competition for shelter dogs, Friday, Feb. 12, 2010 in New York.

Prince, who lost one leg and had a pin inserted in the other after being hit by a car, didn't let his handicap hold him back.

Prince claimed first place in the competition by catching three baseballs with his jaws.

Prince and the other eight dogs in the competition are available for adoption at the ASPCA in Manhattan. (AP Photo/ASPCA, Robin Fostel
