Nampa — Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey will be playing at the Idaho Center from Sept. 7- 9, and in conjunction with the Sunday performance, Nampa Public Library invites the public to come to the library and fill out a ballot for a chance to win tickets to see Barnum Bash — amazing international acts that include Epic Asian Elephants, Motorcycle Mania, and The Mighty Dmytrio.
On the back of the ballot, participants are required to write a book title that they have read recently. The ballot is open to all ages and there is one entry for each book read. Parents are encouraged to fill out the ballot on behalf of their younger children with the title of the book that they have recently read to them. There will be seven sets of four tickets given away for the exciting performance at 2 p.m., at the Idaho Center on Sunday Sept. 9. Names will be drawn on Wed. Sept. 5, with winners being notified that day.
If a child under the age of 18 wins, parents/guardian must be present to pick up the tickets. Winners must pick up tickets by 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8. No library card is required to enter.
Come to the Nampa Public Library, 101 11th Ave. S., and see the two circus-themed book displays.
