Annual Felix Adler Tent Banquet at the Glen Rock Inn in Glen Rock, NJ.

Cash bar from 12 – 1; buffet meal served at 1 PM. We will hold our annual auction of circusania. Our guest speaker will be Carlo Pelligrini who spent some time on the Big Apple Circus. He is also the co-founder of the Amazing Grace Circus, a teen youth circus which started in the basement of the Grace Episcopal Church of Nyack, NY. We know he will have some interesting stories to tell us.

YORK FAIR OPENING DAY (FOX43)

BILLY MARTIN'S COLE ALL STAR CIRCUS #1

This was the first year that Billy took over the Cole Show from Mr Cole.

This picture was taken in Utica, NY Shrine Temple.

The year was either 1988 or 89.

Here's brother Bill spinning Floss being assisted by

Brend Galloway.

Brenda did Single Trapeze and cloud swing on in the show.

Her Dad is New York Circus Fan Bill Galloway.

That year John "Eggroll" Kane helped Dick in the Novelty Stand

when he visited the show.

Bill and I had the novelties for part of one season on this show.

The Elephant in the picture was leased, as much of the show was, from

Hoxie Tucker.

If anyone out there has any pictures of this show I'd be happy to post them.

ALLEN BROS CIRCUS (Mid 1980's)

Allen Bedford had this show out in the mid to late 80's.

It was a beautiful small show.

This year is the first year at the new fairgrounds, next to Kings Dominion

at Doswell, VA.

It's going to be very interesting to see if attendance is what it used to be at

the old fairgrounds in Richmond.
