Dick heres some photos of the San Diego (Tlaxcala, Mexico) Street Fair. When a town has the name of a Patron Saint, they celebrate on that Saints Day... this was Sunday the 16th of November.
JUST WALKING DOWN THE STREET PEOPLE WOULD COME OUT AND INVITE ME IN TO EAT... THE TRADITIONAL DISH WHICH EVERYONE WAS COOKING THAT DAY WAS "MOLE"..PRONOUNCED MO-LAY, A CHOCOLATE CHILI SAUCE POURED OVER TURKEY, KNOW THAT SOUNDS WEIRD BUT ITS TASTIER THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE.I'LL TRY TO WRITE MORE OFTEN.....HAVE A NICE DAY..BOB COX
The photographs follow!
