MORRIS HANNUM SHOWS, PA CARNIVAL
I ust came across these fotos.
Morris Hannum Shows was a Pennsylavannia fixture for many years.
Later to be bought by Little Richard from Mrs Hannum after
Morris past on.
I beleive these two pics had to be taken in the 50's or 60's.
Hi Dickie. My parents were independents on the Hannum Show for 10 years in the late 40's to 50's. Dad had a roll-o-plane and my mother took care of the duck pond and our other games. We were good friends with Richie and I play with his kids growing up on the show. When we moved on to start our own show, my father always tried to emulate Morris Hannum and be an honest Showman and a gentleman. I am currently doing research about Mr. Hannum for a possible article in Carnival Magazine so any more photos or memories about the show would be appreciated.
