A Moscow State Circus performer has put his football and acrobatic skills to the test, and set a new world record for "Keepy Uppy".
The performer can be seen juggling 3 balls by hand and flicking a football from foot to foot while balancing on a giant football.
At one point he even spins a ball on the tip of his finger and bounces another on his forehead, all the time continuing to juggle and balance.
He set the new world record by completing 36 "Keepy Uppys" in 14 seconds.
