    The guy in the hat is Harry "Shotgun" Eagan (Capt. Harry Eagles) he has a change apron on because he ran the pony ride on the midway.

    The three girls talking to each other are: Thelma Kemp (adjusting her costume), she was an English girl off the Mills Show, Judy Ann Miller, who later on rode in Lucio Cristianis riding act...and I can't ID the other girl.
