At every Circus Vargas performance, adults and children of all ages are dazzled by acrobats, aerialists and the occasional clown providing comic relief for the terrorizing stunts performed. The circus’s newest show is no different.
“Magikaria: A Fantastical Magical Experience!” builds upon the traditional circus acrobatics, incorporating magical illusions and transporting audiences to a realm of fantasy where anything is possible. Featuring master illusionist Patrick Gable, the show promises flashy costumes, nerve-racking stunts and puzzling illusions that will leave you questioning the existence of magic.
The husband-and-wife team of Nelson and Katya Quiroga, who run the family-owned Circus Vargas, started it in 2005 with the hopes of reviving the traditional traveling circus. With “Magikaria,” they hope to not only engage audiences but inspire future circus performers.
Arrive 30 minutes early and get the chance to mingle with the cast.
