Circus Wonderland makes a welcome return to Peacehaven this summer with its show, packed with special effects, illusions and music.
It will begin its run at The Dell on Wednesday July 30 and finish on Sunday August 4.
During the show Kakehole the Clown falls asleep, but his bedtime story comes to life as showgirls, acrobats and jugglers transport him into a fantasy world where anything can happen.
Duo Stefanelli fly through the roof of the Big Top in their glittering spaceship, while Alejandro sets pulses racing as he swoops and soars high above the audience on the trapeze.
Angel Bojilov can juggle and spin plates on sticks, all whilst perching precariously on a tightrope, and Hungarian State Circus star Laci will balance his wife Klaudia at the top of a twenty foot pole on his head.
Kakehole is joined by the clown Mr Popol, with whom he has twice been voted Britain’s Best Circus Comedy Act.
Mixing music, magic and mayhem in their own brand of comedy chaos, the pair will arrive with a trunk full of tricks and will be accompanied by Bertie the cartoon Bear.
There are two shows daily at 3pm and 7pm, except Sunday which is 2pm only. Tickets cost £12 for adults, £10 for children, or £7 on the first day.
