SAD NEWS FROM LOUISANNA
King Charles Weathersby was my grandfather.He passed away on April 22, 2014 and a small memorial service will be held on Friday. Any pictures of him in his circus days would be appreciated. mschaira@yahoo.com on
Charles was a great showguy and marvelous trumpet player. I heard that a few yeatrs back he was invited to play at the prestiguos "Newport Jazz Festival" I was on Hoxie with him and later on other places. He was my friend RIP.
