Crowle was alight with colour as the monthly market saw the circus also come to town.
The event was the launch of the new summer entertainment programme and included a daring fire display, juggling and plate spinning among the attractions.
Entertainment was provided by professional artistes Party Workshop who got young and old alike to take part in the events, culminating with their very own display which astounded the crowds.
Secretary of the, not-for-profit, Crowle and Ealand Charter Group, Andrew Singleton, which organises the markets said: “It was a brilliant day, there were lots of children there enjoying the attractions, playing while their parents shopped, having lots of fun.
“There was a good show with live fire and it was really well received.
“It was great to see lots of people in the market place having a chat and buying goods from the stalls. It was a good family friendly event.”
He added: “We had the circus last year but this year was even better, we had the weather this time.
“We’ve got a packed programmes of events coming up, the next is a live animal show on Saturday May 10, there will be music at future markets.
